QUALIFICATIONS: The pharmacist shall be a licensed graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
The pharmacist shall be capable of dispensing for all ages of patients, long periods of standing, bending, walking and be able to lift small case lots of pharmaceuticals.
The pharmacist shall have a minimum of two years experience as a full time practicing pharmacist in the last three years. Time spent in an administrative capacity as a claims reviewer, pharmacy school instructor, pharmacy plan director, etc. does not qualify as practicing time.
